In connection with the status on Facebook of a person named Rudy Ian on May 23, 2018, the AQUA Group company declared that the individual concerned did not work in the AQUA Group company and also never became a Company employee.

The AQUA Group Company is a business entity that has no affiliation and preference with political and religious activities or other activities outside our business that run business activities by upholding good business ethics and applicable regulations.

The company has rules on how to use social media for its employees. The Company's social media guidelines clearly prohibit employees from engaging in social-media activities that could potentially violate the law and ethics. Employees are also required to respect other social media users.

All social media activities conducted by Company employees that are not related to the activities of the Company are the personal responsibility of the employees.
